THE LOFT

Beautiful semi-private loft in our newly renovated, historic carriage house. This space features unique and historic architecture, vaulted ceilings, and beautiful views of downtown Flagstaff. The main part of the space comfortably seats 36, with an adjacent wine nook that features a zinc top table that seats 8. The Loft is equipped with its own lavatory, a small bar, audio visual equipment, and anything else you might need to tailor your private event.


THE PATIO

Flagstaff’s most loved patio. Historic, treed patio located between one of Flagstaff’s original mansions, The Pollock House, and their original Carriage House. The Patio is available from Mid-May to Late October, depending on the weather. It is available in part or whole, with the back half of the patio comfortably seating 25, and the full patio up to 50 people. The Patio comes equipped with heaters for those chilly mountain evenings.


Full Restaurant Buyout

Full access to the most historic, unique, and luxurious fine dining space in Flagstaff. The full restaurant can accommodate up to 150 people using both the indoor space and patio, and up to 100 people inside. Brix has multiple unique spaces: The Carriage House, The Garage, The Loft and The Patio. This is truly a one-of-a-kind opportunity for your special night. Here at Brix, we pride ourselves on assisting to make your private event stress-free and exactly what you envision. With a full restaurant buyout, we can truly tailor your experience to your desires.


DAYTIME MEETING SPACE

Brix's private event space is available for a daytime meeting venue and corporate events. Our upstairs loft can accommodate up to 40 people with audio/visual equipment. Beverage service and catered lunch from James Beard nominated Proper Meats + Provisions available on request.


Wedding Reception & Rehearsal Dinners

Exchange your vows and celebrate with your loved ones in the beautiful wedding venue of Brix. Our elegant dining room can accommodate parties of up to 100 guests, making it the perfect wedding venue for your dream wedding reception. Our professional event planners will work with you to create a customized menu and experience that will make your special day unforgettable.

Pharmaceutical Dinners

Host your next pharmaceutical dinner at Brix. Our private dining room can accommodate parties of 20 to 100 people. Includes Audio/Visual equipment if needed, and our experienced team will work with you to create a customized menu and experience that will make your private event a success. 

For a seamless pharmaceutical dinner our best venue is The Loft. It is a self-contained, private space that comfortably seats 36. It comes equipped with A/V equipment, Sonos speaker system, a private lavatory, a small bar, and anything else you might need to impress your clients.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • In order for your dinner to run as seamlessly as possible, Brix requires a small, set 4 course menu for parties over 16 people. We are happy to tailor the menu to suit your preferences or any dietary restrictions.

  • Your deposit is credited to your final bill. Your deposit will be refunded in full if all the guests you booked arrive for your event.

  • For large parties Brix requires 7 days notice for a full refund.

  • We can make the space available to you up to 2 hours prior to your event for decorations. Decorations placement would be the responsibility of the guests and Brix assumes no responsibility for decorations during or after your event.

  • Yes, Brix is happy to coordinate with your wedding planner.

  • Brix cannot accommodate outside music or speakers during regular service. However, if you are interested in a full restaurant buyout, we can discuss options for outside music.

  • Yes, you are more than welcome to bring your own desert. There is a small plating fee.

  • Yes, we pride ourselves on making delicious food for everyone. There are always vegan and gluten free options for you to choose from. If your guests have special dietary restrictions, we can work with our chef in an effort to accommodate most requests.
